How to Join a Band in London as a Drummer

You can keep a beat. What you probably cannot do is fit a drum kit in a hatchback and haul it across London for a rehearsal that might not even go ahead.

Most rehearsal spaces do not include a kit. Most bands expect you to bring one, or worse, share one that has seen better days. On top of that, you are trying to find four other committed musicians at your level, in your genre, who can all make the same time slot every week.
