Everything you need to know about joining BetheBand.
Rehearsals are held in fully equipped professional studios in Central London, all of which are easily accessible via public transport.
Rehearsals are usually on Monday, Tuesday, or Wednesday evenings in Central London. We'll ask for your specific preferences when you sign up.
We understand life happens, but we ask that you attend at least 9 out of the 12 sessions per term to keep your band on track for the big show.
Every band member suggests up to 5 songs. Our professional band directors then select the final setlist based on the band's ability and the overall flow of the show.
No, you don't need any prior experience to join us! We welcome musicians of all levels and use the Meet & Greet simply to match you with a band at your specific skill level.
The Meet & Greet costs £15, paid when you book. If you go on to join a full term, the £15 is refunded against your term fee.
You'll attend a relaxed session with one of our music directors where you'll play one song. You can pick from our list or choose any song you're comfortable with. This just helps us find your perfect band match.
We focus on matching bands by skill level and style, but if you sign up with a friend, we will do our best to place you together.
While we try to accommodate changes, it depends on whether there is available space in another band. Payment covers the full 12-week term so once you join a band you are required to commit to your bandmates till the end of term.
Absolutely! Many of our members are returning to music after a long break. We provide a supportive, no-pressure environment designed to help ease you back into playing.
We welcome everyone from ages 18 to 80. Whether you're a young adult jamming for the first time or a seasoned performer, there is a place for you in our community.
No heavy equipment needed. Every studio provides keyboards and drum kits. We also offer affordable gear rental options for rehearsals and the final show if you need a guitar or bass.
Yes! We strive to provide high-quality recordings or videos of your final performance so you can relive the moment and share it with friends and family.
No. We match you into a band based on your style, skill level, and instrument.
We welcome beginners and players returning after years away. You should be able to play in time with basic chords, or hold a note in key if you sing. We are supportive, not elite.
You can stop, move to a different band, or keep going with the same band into the next term. Most people roll over.
It can take a few weeks to find the right group of musicians for you. We'd rather wait and find the perfect match than rush a placement.
We're happy to chat. Get in touch and we'll answer anything.
