What we do
Looking to join a band in London but don't have time to take care of all the details?
BeTheBand is a music program designed for amateur to intermediate musicians ready to move from home practice to live performance.
Let us do all the hard work.
You'll be matched with a band, rehearse weekly in a professional studio under the guidance of an experienced music director, and perform live shows on stage.
Real bands. Real shows. Real experiences.

FAQS
-
Do I need to be an experienced musician to join?Nope! BeTheBand is designed for a wide range of players. That's why we have auditions with everyone who signs up. We make sure to match you with other musicians around your skill level. If you’ve got some experience playing at home and you're ready to grow, you’re in the right place. We do expect you to be able to play: basic chords if you're a pianist or guitarist and if you're a drummer to be able to play basic rhythms like pop, rock and blues. As a singer its just being able to sing on key!
-
Which instruments are accepted? In short, everyone is welcome! We tend to work with guitarists, bassists, drummers, vocalists and keys players but if you play something else we'd love to have you. Variety is the spice of life!
